Pool availability, accommodation, and flight prices can change quickly. As soon as we receive your payment, we immediately secure your pool lanes, hotel rooms and flights in your team’s name. We recommend paying promptly to guarantee availability for your swim camp.
Costs & Pricing
Are there any additional fees?
No. All prices listed on our website include taxes, surcharges and reservation fees. We keep our pricing simple and transparent. If you choose optional upgrades — such as room upgrades, additional training sessions, gym access or excursions — these will always be clearly shown.
Are all prices inclusive of VAT?
Yes, all prices include VAT.

My swim camp is a gift — which address should I enter?
Enter the details of the person paying for the booking. All confirmations and travel documents will be sent to the email address provided.

How do you handle my personal information?

After Your Booking
What happens after I complete my booking?
Within approximately one week you will receive:
- Booking confirmation
- Invoice for the registration fee or full payment (depending on booking date)
For bookings made within 2 months of departure, final payment is due immediately.
When will I receive my travel documents?
You will receive your complete travel documents no later than 7 days before departure, including:
- Flight information
- Hotel details
- Pool schedule and booked lane times
- Transfer information
- Emergency contact details
Please check your documents carefully and notify us of any errors.
Changes, Cancellations & Responsibilities
Are swim camp bookings refundable?
Lane bookings, hotel reservations and training facilities often have strict cancellation policies. Many arrangements are therefore non-refundable once confirmed. Full conditions will be stated in your booking confirmation.
Can training schedules or pool times change?
In rare cases, local facilities may adjust pool times due to events or maintenance. We will always offer alternative solutions or updated schedules if this occurs.
Responsibilities of the Group Leader
The organiser/coach is responsible for ensuring that all participants receive the correct information before departure.
Travel Logistics
Will we receive paper flight tickets?
No. All flights use electronic tickets (e-tickets). You will receive a reference number and instructions for online check-in.
Is transfer included?
Transfers are not always included unless stated. Private transfers can be arranged on request.
What type of hotel rooms are included?
Room types vary depending on destination. Common options include:
- Twin room
- Double room
- Triple room
- Single room (extra cost)
Breakfast or full board depends on the package. Your travel documents will specify the details.
Price Changes
Why can prices change on your website?
Hotel, airline and sports facility prices can fluctuate. Prices typically increase closer to the departure date. We recommend early booking for the best price.
