TRAINING
X-Bionic Sphere is one of Europe’s most advanced training centres for swimming and offers everything an athlete could wish for — whether you are travelling with a youth group, a club or a national team. At the heart of the complex is the newly built 50-metre outdoor pool featuring ten lanes, an Omega timing system and a large spectator grandstand. Heated from April to mid-October, it provides an extended season with optimal conditions for both training and competition preparation.
The spacious pool deck offers plenty of room for warm-ups, mobility work and recovery, ensuring that every training session runs efficiently and professionally. For year-round training opportunities, the centre also includes a 25-metre indoor pool, equipped with its own timing system and spectator seating. The combination of indoor and outdoor facilities allows for flexible planning and varied training regardless of weather.
Within walking distance of the pools is a state-of-the-art, three-storey fitness centre, enabling swimmers to seamlessly combine swimming sessions with strength and conditioning work.
